After years of building a respected and successful catering company, Straight to the Plate founder Brett has entered a well-earned retirement.
As part of this transition, ownership has been passed to Beth Pedersen, a longtime member of the company who is proud to continue leading the talented team, culinary professionals, and event experts who have helped build our reputation throughout the Valley.
